Vancouver is located in a spectacular Pacific Rim setting surrounded by mountains to the north and east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Beautiful scenery, panoramic vistas, natural land and marine wildlife, and unrivalled parks and resort areas such as Stanley Park, Whistler, Vancouver Island, and the gulf islands combine to create the ultimate getaway for nature-lovers and eco-tourists alike.
